Registering Warranty
If you have purchased your HappyFeet Insoles online, there’s no need to register your warranty as we have your details. If you have purchased your Insoles in person (eg: at a show) please complete the form and select Register Warranty in the subject line. size purchased.

Where Can You Deliver To?

We use the Royal Mail to deliver our products, which means we can deliver to any UK address.

When Will My Order Get Here?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm the same day. If there is a delay (because of stock for example) we will let you know by email. If you choose Standard delivery your order should arrive in 1-3 working days, or if you selected Special Delivery your order will arrive by 1pm on the next working day, NOT including Saturday (please note that some islands in Scotland may not be covered by the Royal Mail’s next day guarantee).
Orders of 1-3 pairs of HappyFeet will fit through most letterboxes. Remember, if you selected Special Delivery then someone will need to be in to sign for it.

Will You Tell Me When My Order Has Been Dispatched?

We will keep you fully updated on the progress of your order by email, and that includes letting you know when your order has been dispatched.

Returns

Returns within 7 days of delivery:

Under consumer protection law, you may return your order to us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding the original delivery charge.

Returns within 30 days of delivery date:

We want you to be confident in giving our products a try so we offer an extended returns period. You may return your order to us within 30 days of the date you placed your order for a refund.

How To Return Your Order:

If you wish to return the goods to us, then you must send them to us with a covering letter and a copy of your proof of purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase. If your product is faulty then please contact us to arrange for a replacement under the product guarantee.

Do I need to register my warranty?

If you purchased your HappyFeet Insoles from a show or event (i.e. in person) then you will need to contact us to register your warranty by sending your details, date & location of purchase.

However, if you purchased your HappyFeet Insoles from this website or over the phone, then your warranty will have been registered for you automatically, so there’s no need to fill out this form.
